If you did not receive a notification email with links to download the pattern files after paying for an order:

1.First of all, please verify that the email address you provided when placing an order is correct.

2.Check the Spam folder. 

3.Also you can download the purchased patterns through the «My Account» section.

Even if you lost the letter with links to purchased products, you can log in to the site, go to «My Account» and download pattern files through the option «Downloads».

If you have any problems with authorisation or with orders, please contact us by e-mail info@lingerie-lvl-patterns.com and include your order number or email address in the message.

Immediately after payment, in the email you have provided previously, you will receive the links where the following will be available for download: for each style – list of Underwires with Matching Bra Sizes and information about purchasing underwires.

1. Visit the «Shop patterns» section of the website.

2. Select the product you desire.

3. Use our left menu to select a type of lingerie. Then, proceed to the description of the desired style by clicking on the photo or the product name below it.

4. After reviewing the product description, select the required size(s). Our guide «How to Choose Your Size» will assist you in calculating your size.

5. Most of the bra patterns in the online store are available in various cup sizes: A, B, C, and others. When determining your bra size, choose the appropriate cup size «How to Choose Your Cup Size». Please pay attention to this important step!

6. Once you’ve selected the size, add the item to your shopping cart.

7. Complete your shopping with all the styles and sizes you want to purchase.

8. In the «Shopping Cart» section, you’ll find all your items, and if necessary, you can change your order.

9. Next, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

10. Then, you should provide in the required fields: your Name, Email address, Phone number, Company name or Social media account. Pay attention when filling in the email field – after payment you should receive a notification in your email with all the links to download your patterns.

11. Enter the promo code (Coupon), if you have one. Next, you’ll need to select the payment method: PayPal.

12. Make sure to check the box «I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions*».

13. Immediately after payment, in the email you have provided previously, you will receive links for your chosen patterns for download. Typically the files would be sent straight away however in certain cases it may take a little more time so please be patient. Check your spam folder.

14. Following the order placement you’ll receive an email containing registration details and a link to your personal account. When you decide to visit our pattern store again, you can log in, view and download your patterns in the «My Account» section.

15. You will be able to download the purchased patterns either through the link provided in the email or in the «My Account» section.
